The Andersen Lab is officially opening at Scripps Research in May 2015. We’re looking for people to come join us and are especially interested in postdocs and staff scientists with backgrounds in computational biology and/or experimental biology. Projects available include (1) host-pathogen interaction of Lassa virus and Ebola virus; (2) development of novel technologies for unbiased discovery of human pathogens; and (3) host immune responses in Ebola survivors via B cell and T cell repertoire sequencing.
